Overview

The Onboarding Tracker delivers enhanced visibility and transparency into the progress of an employee’s onboarding. Employers have access to crucial contextual information about the stage of the onboarding process each employee is in, fostering a smoother onboarding experience for all parties involved.

A fully transparent 6-step onboarding process

Employers now have access to 6 onboarding stages. In order for employees to progress to the next step of onboarding, they are required to complete the requirements of each step sequentially.

Step 1 [Invitation sent] The first step of the onboarding process requires the employee to accept their invitation to the Playroll platform and set their password to access their customised dashboard.

Step 2 [Accepted Invitation] Once the invitation is accepted, the employee is able to log in and initiate self-onboarding.

Step 3 [Employee Self-Onboarding] The Employee is prompted to upload all work eligibility information and documentation.

Step 4 [Work Eligibility Checks] Work eligibility of the employee is being confirmed.

Step 5 [Agreement Sent] An Employment agreement is sent to the employee.

Step 6 [Agreement Signed] The employee signs their employee agreement to become active on their start date.

Once an employee has successfully completed all six phases of the onboarding process and their employment start date has arrived, they will automatically move into the “active” tab, where they are now recognised as an active employee.
