SAPRO is a full-service assurance, tax and advisory consulting firm offering specialized expertise for businesses of all sizes. THE PROBLEM
With SAPRO’s growing client base, their management team recognised the need to hire both full-time and contractor talent. They quickly realized they needed to offer competitive benefits for specialized talent, plus wanted access to a contractor platform for project-based work.
However, hiring people outside of South Africa and North America to support their global clients soon became a nightmare as their clients required localized expertise. Establishing entities in these regions without an EOR became a real limitation.

Playroll enabled SAPRO to save both time and money by allowing SAPRO to service more markets through both a full time employee and contractor workforce. As a result, SAPRO has been able to grow their margin and client base by having headcount flexibility in their hiring of localized support.
