Reports can be conveniently generated or exported on a monthly basis, aligning precisely with each corresponding monthly invoice. This functionality empowers you to access in-depth monthly breakdowns of employee costs accurately. Additionally, you can effectively explore historical employee costs by customising the report generation according to the year, aligning with the specific monthly invoice.
💡Tip: Toggle the drop down at the top of the detailed invoice breakdown modal to select the year of the report you would like to export. Then, select the month in question and export the report, by selecting "Export Report"

The Detailed Invoice Breakdown report includes Basic Salary Components presented in both the local currency of the employee and the billing currency of the employer. This report covers a range of aspects including Salary Components, Benefit/Additional Services Costs, Allowance Details, and Mandatory and Optional Employer Contribution Breakdowns. Furthermore, for pertinent employees, it provides Termination Payout details.
